So just to let you all know that I have had only 44oz of Dr.Pepper this week!
Compared to 224oz a week! Thats only 600 cal. compared to 2,850 cal.,
Thats 220-mg of sodium compared to 1,045-mg
THATS 160-g of sugar compared to 760-g OF SUGAR!!
I am very proud of myself! I mean yes it would have been better if I had none but hey I did drink a lot of water this week as well!
I hope that next week it will go a lot better and I will have none!
